Job Description:
This position has three main components:

1. Office Manager
  • "sit" office 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, unless needed to be out of office for other tasks
  • Answer phones
  • Keep office organized, tidy, and functional
  • Coordinate repairs if needed
  • Organize/coordinate staff and customer events
  • Add/Delete agents to office systems/programs as necessary
  • Assist other agents when able, if needed (e.g. working photocopier, sharing document from Google Docs, etc.)
  • Must be Awesome
2. Transaction Coordinator
  • Manage listing contracts and purchase contracts from execution to closing
  • Coordinate communication/tasks with title company, co-broke agent, lender, appraiser, home inspector
  • Manage office sales numbers (weekly, monthly, annually)
  • Input/Manage listings online (MLS, website, public websites)
  • Create/Manage advertising (online, flyers, mailers, etc.)
  • Multi-tasking Ninja
3. Client Care Specialist
  • Maintain/update databases of new/past customers
  • Keep current clients under contract (selling or buying) updated regularly
  • Maintain relationships with past customers/nurture leads – letters, cards, phone calls, invitations, etc.
